Every day we meet and have an opportunity to connect, learn more, and open our minds to others. Every day we can be open and show more of ourselves, vulnerable and courageous. ‘I show you me!’. It’s a choice to open up or close up in protection of the other. We have ways of reducing fears of social exposure and exclusion. We have tools and exercises to improve your strength, and self-empowerment to give you choice about when and how you like to show up.
