Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born December 7th, 1963 in Edo State in Nigeria. He was raised in a faith-filled family with loving, dedicated parents. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome He is the oldest son of elder T.E Oyakhilome and Angelina Oyakhilome. She was the pioneer of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City and a matriarch of Oyakhilome families, who passed her divine grace on her son at an early stage.

The LoveWorld ministry is supported by all members of the family. Reverend Ken, his brother, is the revered pastor of Christ Embassy’s Houston Texas Church and a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren serves as the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry(LMAM) which is where many gospel musicians are among the top-selling in the world.

Pastor Chris is blessed with two daughters, Charlene and Carissa Sharon. Carissa Sharon chose to follow her father’s lead in sharing God’s Word with the world. The name is CSO (Community Service Organization), she is a talented gospel singer and part of the LoveWorld Music and Arts community.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome went to Edo College and was awarded an award from Bendel State University to study architecture. He also holds an honorary doctorate in divinity from the Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was where he found his calling to serve the Lord and become a minister.
